Shipping: Ground Shipping is free up to 50lbs within the continental US. Ground shipping can be UPS Ground or Freight carrier depending on total quantity. All Shipments are trackable but freight shipments usually take 2-3 days to get a tracking number that is verifiable. Our shipping calculation system is automated may not always come up with an accurate estimate for shipping costs over 50lbs so please email us if you feel the quote is excessive and we will double check.

51 to 60lbs - $29.99 61 to 75lbs - $34.99 76 to 100lbs - $39.99 100 to 150lbs - $49.99 151 to 199 -$74.99 200 to 250 - $99.99

Email us for a quote on OCONUS Shipping costs for US Installations. We will ship to APO/FPO Boxes however due to the limited trackability of APO and FPO shipment tracing we will only guarantee shipping to the APO/FPO shipping point.


Tax: We do not charge Sales tax in any other state outside of Connecticut. We do not charge tax to non profits or government agency with proper documentations.  If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.

Return Policy:  Defective returns must be returned within 30 days of ship date. We will provide return call tag and issue credit or replace the product if an RMA authorization is obtained prior to shipment.   Non-defective returns may be subject to a 25% Restocking fee.
